Marblehead Public Schools can launch a small, credible AI innovation program without taking on the burden of a large-scale technology initiative. This pilot serves 10 students across two age-based tracks and focuses on agentic development, responsible AI use, and project-based learning.
The program pairs practical instruction with a lightweight admissions and review system, a public website, and clear operational workflows that can be managed by a small team.
